· Limited Lifetime Warranty - If you experience a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, we warrant your latch for as long as you own it.

· No receipt, no problem! We’re not stuck on making you prove that you bought the latch you’re holding.

· Never a repair or replacement fee! If your latch is found to be defective, we will repair or replace the product at no charge. The only cost is sending the latch back to us.

· Tougher than nails - We will provide warranty service to anyone who owns the Horseshoe Gate Latch... even if they aren’t the first person to have abused it properly!

Here’s what this warranty covers…

This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in either the materials or the workmanship of the Horseshoe Gate Latch. This includes welds, springs, threads and the horseshoe itself.

How long is the warranty good for?

We will provide warranty service to anyone who owns the Horseshoe Gate Latch, regardless of whether or not they are the original purchaser. You are not required to submit a warranty registration card or retain a receipt!

How do I submit a warranty claim?

To submit a warranty claim, please e-mail info@horseshoelatch.com or contact us by telephone. You can find our most current info on the contact information page of our website.

When shipping your latch back to us, please include a note explaining the problem you've encountered as well as the address that you would like us to ship the repaired or replaced item back to.

What warranty service will you provide?

If your Horseshoe Gate Latch is found to be defective in any way, just ship the product back to us. We will repair or replace the product, at our discretion, and ship it back to you at no charge.

What is NOT included in this warranty?

Your warranty will be voided, if upon inspection we determine that your latch has any of the following problems:

  • Evidence of blunt impact. We know that you didn’t mean to back your tractor into our gate latch, but we cannot warrant the product if it has been obviously damaged from any type of impact.
  • Excessive rust, corrosion or other deterioration due to weather. While we ship each gate latch with a heavy-duty painted coating, it is your responsibility to apply additional protective coatings as needed.

    • We do not cover the initial cost of shipping a Horseshoe Latch back for warranty service. However, we will gladly pay return shipping on the new or repaired latch.
